We offer you with 4 or 6 initial design concepts depending on the package that you choose.

You get 3 revisions or unlimited revisions again depending on the type of the package chosen by you. Our Bronze package comes with 3 revisions whereas our Silver and Gold packages come with unlimited revisions.

For your convenience, we provide the designs in the following file formats: PNG Raw Vector (EPS) TIF JPG PDF AI or CDR

Yes, we do provide EPS & .AI/.CDR files which are all vector files.

Yes, of course. While filling up the questionnaire during the order process, you can provide us with your idea or sample image of a logo so that our designers can work according to that.

Yes.

We communicate via mail. We will send you the files via mail or send you a link to download the files if the file size is too big. We also use Dropbox or wetransfer.com in such cases to send heavy files.

Yes. We not only help you to get an appealing new logo but also offer logos re-design service to provide your existing logo with a refreshed look and feel. Simply mention that you require a logo re-design service in your request.

A minimum of 2 dedicated designers are involved in a single project.

If you choose our Bronze and Silver package, we deliver the initial concepts of logo within 1 business day. In case of our Gold package, you get the initial concepts of the logo within 2-3 business days. Final logos will be delivered once the logo is finalized. It can be delivered on the same day of finalization or the next day depending on the time we receive the confirmation.

No. Our services are not available with a money guarantee however we always assure that the needs and expectations of our clients are always fulfilled. We tirelessly work on your designing till the time you are satisfied with the results.

Yes. We have a Project Manager for every logo & other graphic design projects. They supervise the project & correspond with you.

Yes. We will provide you with the source file. You can edit in the source file if you know how to use the software.

All the designs placed in our portfolio are developed for our clients. We do not allow anybody to purchase these images.
